What do I receive after purchase?

You’ll receive instant access to your digital programme, including:

How do I access my programme?

As soon as your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email containing secure download links for your workbook and gym card.


Is this a physical product?

No. All Foundation Series programmes are digital downloads. Nothing will be posted to you.


Can I download my programme more than once?

Yes. Once purchased, you have lifetime access to your digital downloads for your own personal use.


Do I need a gym membership?

Most Foundation Series programmes are designed for use in a commercial gym. The equipment requirements for each programme are listed on the individual product page.


Are these programmes suitable for beginners?

Yes. Most programmes are suitable for beginners through to intermediate exercisers and include progressive guidance to help you build confidence safely.

Please check the individual programme description for the recommended experience level.


Can I use these programmes if I have an injury?

Many programmes have been designed to support strength and movement. However, if you’re experiencing significant pain, have a recent injury or have been advised against exercise by a healthcare professional, you should seek appropriate medical advice before beginning any programme.


Can I share my workbook with someone else?

No. Your purchase is licensed for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed or resold without written permission from Elite Muscle Therapy.


Will I receive future updates?

If the workbook is updated with improvements or corrections, we’ll aim to make the latest version available to existing customers where practical. Significant new editions or entirely new programmes may be offered separately.


Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once files have been downloaded. If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
